YXV-U / YXV-R (TSE) – N2XY (VDE)
0.6/1 kV XLPE insulated low voltage power cables (N2XY) are designed for power transmission and distribution in fixed installations where higher thermal performance and mechanical strength are required. Compared to PVC insulated cables, XLPE insulation provides improved current carrying capacity, better thermal resistance, and longer service life.
N2XY cables are suitable for indoor and outdoor installations, including cable ducts, conduits, and underground applications with additional mechanical protection, making them ideal for industrial facilities and infrastructure projects.

Cable Construction
Conductor: Solid or stranded copper conductor
Insulation: XLPE (Cross-Linked Polyethylene)
Inner Filling: PVC (if applicable)
Outer Sheath: PVC
N2XY cables are manufactured with XLPE insulation, which provides superior thermal performance compared to PVC insulation. This construction allows higher current carrying capacity, improved resistance to thermal aging, and enhanced mechanical strength for demanding fixed installation applications.
